Destiny: The Taken King Gets a Limited Edition PS4 Bundle

July 8, 2015 by Stephen Daly

Out September 15th in Europe, New Zealand, and Australia.

In what is likely a first, an expansion for a game is to receive a limited edition custom console bundle. The game in question is Destiny: The Taken King and you can see the special PS4 in the image above above.

Sony has announced that the console will be available in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand from September 15th.

The bundle features a 500GB Limited Edition PS4 and a physical copy of Destiny: The Taken King Legendary Edition, which boasts Destiny, Expansion I, Expansion II, and The Taken King.

All of the perks of the Digital Collector's Edition, including three exotic Guardian class items with XP boosts, three class specific emotes, three armour shaders, and early access to a weapons pack, are also featured.

Bundles featuring a PS4 and Dualshock 4 along with The Taken King and Destiny: The Taken King Legendary Edition will also be available.

Additional details are available on the PlayStation Blog. The Taken King will be available on all platforms from September 15th for $40.
