Guerrilla Games has re-released its E3 trailer for new IP Horizon Zero Dawn, but with added developer commentary from senior producer Mark Norris.
You can watch the video above, in which Norris discusses step-by-step how events unfold. The game, which will run at 1080p/30fps, will not feature tutorials, and instead will rely on players figuring things out on their own as they progress.
Players take on the role of Aloy, a huntress in a recovering post-apocalpytic world. The decision to feature a woman protagonist was present from day one, but led to some serious internal discussion at Sony about the game's potential appeal. The game features a colourful world, especially by Guerrilla's standards, and is teaming with robot enemies created by advanced civilisations before the collapse.
