Starbreeze has been rumored to be developing the reboot of Bullfrog's classic cyberpunk game, Syndicate. That rumor has since been confirmed through the latest issue of Swedish magazine Game Reactor, which supposedly has a cover story of the rumored title.
A description of the game was cobbled together on the EA Origin store with a handful of accompanying screenshots.
Syndicate is the re-imagination of a cult classic franchise from 1993 – a unique action shooter set in a not too distant future, where Business is War.

You read that right. Richard K. Morgan, best-known for his work on the post-cyberpunk Altered Carbon trilogy of novels will be writing Syndicate. The game is expected to be formally announced next week.
