Star Wars The Old Republic Gets Classic Bioware Expansion In Knights of the Fallen Empire

June 15, 2015 by Ryan Parreno

EA has announced this as a throwback to the old Star Wars Bioware games.

Star Wars The Old Republic is picking up an impressive and incredible new expansion, coming up for free this October 27. Introducing Knights of the Fallen Empire.

EA has announced this as a throwback to the old Star Wars Bioware games, alluding to the classic Knights of the Old Republic games. In the same vein, you get to choose to play good or evil, as a new enemy faction emerges in the Old Republic universe.

The trailer, however, reveals a surprising change in the storyline. It seems that the narrative revolves around twins who are trained in the ways of the Force. It is implied that one of the twins betrays the other, and the Jedi cause, to team up with the new enemy faction. It all comes down to a huge smackdown following an epic Star Wars like confrontation.
