Bungie has released the official trailer for the House of Wolves expansion to Destiny, which comes out next week for all platforms the game is currently available on, including the Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
The content of House of Wolves includes all new gear, the Trials of Osiris multiplayer event, the Shadow Thief cooperative strike, three new competitive maps, and the Prison of Elders co-op arena. The content also includes all new story missions for players to continue the story of whatever is going on in Destiny. Do you know what's going on in Destiny? Because I don't.
Anyway, it's out next week on May 19 and it promises to be a blast. Say what you will about the story, but at least the cooperative and competitive stuff is fun.
In related news, Bungie has announced that the long awaited Patch 1.2.0 is set to go live today. You will need to return to the title screen to complete the update, but players that are in-game as the update is launched will not be kicked from their activities.
