Obito is front and center in Naruto Storm 4, as it has been now revealed that Ten-Tails’ Jinchuriki Obito will also be in the game, this time as a boss battle.
A brief primer for those unfamiliar with the lore, jinchuriki are humans who are cursed by having one of the tailed beasts within them. Of course, Naruto is one himself, but when ninja like Obito become one, they are able to use and optimize the power of the beast within him.
In this form, Obito disposed of the first two Hokage with ease. Much like in the manga and anime, Naruto and Sasuke are compelled to team up to take him on in this form. As a piece of fanservice, Naruto Storm 4 is pushing the IP forward to new heights. We hope the combat system and other elements are up to the task as well.
Naruto Storm 4 will be released on Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on Fall 2015.
