We're a little under two weeks out from the May 19th release of The Witcher III: Wild Hunt, and the PC game retailer discount competition has begun in earnest. As a pre-order incentive, just about all retailers are charging $53.99 – or 10% off instantly (apparently a discount set by the publisher). You can do one better by either visiting GMG or DLGamer for their sizable discount on Witcher 3, bringing the game to a mere $42 to $45.
GMG is offering what appears to be a DRM-free copy (thumbs up to CD Projekt Red for keeping up with its development philosophy). Keys will be activated on GOG but the game is still otherwise DRM-free as far as we know.
All copies of Witcher 3 will include pre-order bonuses such as PDF map and other DLC bonuses, though a few retailers are giving other incentives such as free games. Check the list below for details.
