The Witcher 3 & Batman: Arkham Knight Free with Purchases of Nvidia GTX970/980

May 5, 2015 by Stephen Daly

Get two of the year’s most anticipated games at no extra cost.

Free copies of both The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Batman: Arkham Knight will be included with the Nvidia GTX 970 and 980 graphics cards, Nvidia announced today.

Nvidia is naturally looking to boost its Nvidia GameWorks tech, which they say offer improved fidelity, realism, and immersion and offering two of the year's most hotly anticipated games for free is a good way to do that.

Anyone who buys one of the qualifying GPUs from a participating retailer from today onwards will be able to play the games for free once they launch.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is set for release on May 19th, while Batman: Arkham Knight is scheduled for June 23rd. Both games have sizable expansion plans post-release, including Arkham Knight's $40 season pass so maybe it's just as well they're free if you're investing in a new graphics card soon.
