Star Ocean is one of the more long-running franchises of the gaming industry. I remember buying a collector's edition of Star Ocean: Till the End of Time way back in 2004 and this was already the third entry into the series. This was followed by 2009's Star Ocean: The Last Hope.
Well, as it turns out, Square Enix is developing a Star Ocean for both the Playstation 3 and Playstation 4. It's coming in the form of Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness. It will cover the events between Star Ocean 2 and 3, which should prove to highlight some interesting points of interest in the Star Ocean lore.
