Dissidia Final Fantasy, the Team Ninja-developed arcade game set in Square Enix's Final Fantasy universe, may be coming to the PlayStation 4. According to a report by Siliconera, a Square Enix producer says that the development for the game is currently being focused on the game's arcade launch, but that a release on consoles is not out of the question.
Information about the game was shared at a "Closed Conference 2015" by Square Enix today, revealing that the game is being developed using PlayStation 4's core system of technology.
While the game has not be officially announced for the PS4, Square Enix hopes that players will enjoy it "first" in arcades.
There won't be any movement towards the game's console release until a year after it comes out in arcades, which it's set to at the end of the month.
