EA has announced that Rory McIlroy PGA Tour will not feature the Augusta National Golf Club as the publisher's licensing deal has ended.
As Augusta is part of The Masters, the tournament will not be present in the game either. EA says it is working on options to bring Augusta back as post-release DLC though whether this will be a paid or complimentary DLC has not been confirmed.
EA's golf series formally featured Tiger Woods as the cover star, but took a year break after the partnership ended in 2013. McIlroy was revealed as the game's new star last month.
Rory McIlroy PGA Tour is in development for PS4 and Xbox One, and will be released in June.
