Star Wars Battlefront Sees ‘So Much Progress’ in Recent Weeks

April 1, 2015 by Stephen Daly

Development looking good for trailer debut this week.

Star Wars: Battlefront development has seen "so much progress" in recent weeks, according to DICE designer Viktor Lundberg.

Lundberg made the comment on his Twitter account and added that he's looking forward to the Easter break. "So much progress over the last couple of weeks," Lundberg remarked. "Looking forward to us all getting Thursday-Monday off."

EA has released a few teaser trailers for the shooter, but we'll get our first proper look at the game on April 17th during the Star Wars Celebration event in California.

Celebration attendees "will have a chance to see gameplay behind closed doors during the show at our official booth along with a few other activities starting that Friday," EA said.

Star Wars: Battlefront is due to release during the 2015 holiday season for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
