Earlier today we reported on Bloodborne's slow load times and Sony has now confirmed that a future patch for the game will address the issue.
Developer From Software is "currently exploring another patch for Bloodborne, seeking ways to improve load time duration, in addition to other performance optimisations and miscellaneous bug fixes. We will provide more information as soon as possible," Sony said in a statement to IGN.
Bloodborne's extensive load times have been extensively criticised, along with framerate drops and other performance-related issues. Despite these issues, the game has earned an overwhelmingly positive response as evidenced by our review round-up.
Sony has yet to provide a release date for the patch.
