A slip on the Xbox Store has accidentally revealed that the Predator, from the movies and comic books of the same name, is slated to be a character in NetherRealms' upcoming fighter, Mortal Kombat X.
Fans of the Predator will recall the character's battles with Arnold Schwarzenegger in the first film. We'll pretend the sequels don't exist. I'm just curious as to whether he'll have a wrist-nuke–but yeah, probably not. That'd be a game-ending move right there.
In any case, the Predator, which has long since been rumored to be a character in the game, was outed when a slip on the Xbox Store revealed his presence as a playable character in the "Kombat Pack," which is the equivalent of the game's DLC season pass. Also included in the pack is Jason Voorhees and two classic Mortal Kombat characters.
The Predator is described as the "Ultimate Hunter" in the pack's description. There's no visuals for what he looks like, but I'm sure you can imagine (or look at the image in the header) to get an idea.
Mortal Kombat X comes out for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC on April 14.
