CD Projekt RED has confirmed that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will have a 50GB installation on PlayStation 4.
Asked to comment on rumours that this was the case by a fan, the game's official Twitter account commented "Yes, it is true. 50GB install on the PS4."
50GB or there abouts seems to be the standard these days for most big games and Wild Hunt looks to be very big indeed. CD Projekt RED did not respond to a follow-up question about the Xbox One installation size but we can assume it will be similar.
Asked about the possibility of more special edition versions of the game being made available for sale, the account commented, "Sorry, it is unlikely. All Collector's Editions have been shipped and most have sold out."
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is set for release on May 19th following a second delay.
