Horror game maker Jace Hall has said he may give control of the Condemned franchise to an "interested and proven" indie team in order for them to make another game in the series.
Commenting on his Facebook page that he is currently occupied with other projects, he said:
"I am contemplating finding an interested and proven indie development team AND PROVIDING IT TO THEM, so that they can take over the franchise and move it forward.
"As an indie, it can be very hard to get marketing/media attention for a title that you work on. This franchise is already quite known, has market demand, and is in an innovative genre/category."
Hall then asked fans to give their thoughts on the proposal and whether he should progress it further.
Condemned: Criminal Origins was released in 2006 and its sequel, Condemned: Bloodshot, came out in 2008. Both titles were well recieved by fans and critics.
