Microsoft has announced that State of Decay will be arriving on Xbox One in North America on April 28th and worldwide on May 1st.
In a press release, the company confirmed the port will boast 1080p resolution, new lighting, new textures, and an enhanced draw distance. In addition, there will be an overhauled interface, new animations, and additional playable characters.
Those who currently own the Xbox 360 version of State of Decay can avail of a 33 per cent discount off the game, which will cost $20, and will also unlock an exclusive new character called Gurubani, an Indian-American whose "weapon of choice is an old Indian cavalry sword that her father kept as an antique."
The State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition was announced last year and you can see a trailer for it here.
