Destiny's most used weapon is Vision of Confluence, a legendary scout rifle which offers many damage upgrade options, developer Bungie's has revealed
"Weapon use in Destiny is pretty diverse and follows a very fat 'long tail' distribution," the studio commented in a new update. "The guns on these lists are indeed awesome but a lot of players are finding that other, more obscure weapons better fit their tactical needs or their personal play styles. Besides, punching all of the aliens in the face is obviously the correct way to play Destiny anyway."
Bungie has produced lists of the top ten most popular weapons for Guardians level 20 and above based on the past fortnight of gameplay to create the below chart. The most used primary weapon selections for all players and the top primary weapons used in the Crucible are also listed.
The studio has also detailed its upcoming patch which aims to fix a number of Crota's End bugs and cheats.
