August 9, 2011 by Gameranx Staff

Dark Souls Receives Slight Delay in Japan.

From Software, the studio responsible for Demon's Souls, has said the game's spiritual successor Dark Souls will receive a slight delay. The game was initially due for a release in Japan on September 15th, and now will launch on September 22nd. From Software cited the reason for the delay to be due to "various circumstances". Dark Souls is still due for a release in the west on October 4th, 2011.
