Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire: EON Ticket Guide

November 30, 2014 by Ryan Parreno

The ticket’s relative rarity means it remains highly sought after.

This is a guide on how to get an EON Ticket forPokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.

The EON Ticket is the only way for players to visit Southern Island. In the original Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire, it was the only pathway to obtaining the two rare Pokemon Latios and Latias. While this is no longer true for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, the EON ticket remains highly sought after.

If you can go to Nintendo World Store, you can easily get a ticket there. Otherwise, you will have to chance it by finding another player with the ticket via StreetPass. Nintendo distributed the ticket in November 26, so you can expect codes to start trickling down from there. If there is a Pokemon League in your area, the Play Pokemon League leaders were given codes, so you can get one through them or their members.

Now, note that you will not get the EON ticket in-game instantly after collecting the code for it. You have to go to a Pokemon Center to do so. If you’re just starting out, it could take an hour of gameplay to find a center.

If you’ve already picked up an EON ticket and you want to share it, you will need Buzznav first. You will earn Buzznav by playing through the game and earning your first gym badge. Afterwards, you can activate StreetPass on the Buzznav and you can start spreading it around when you carry your 3DS with the game inside around.

Do you happen to live outside the US? You can find out UK and Australia store locations that have the code here.
