Far Cry 4: Youtuber Recreates In Game Vehicle

November 7, 2014 by Jacob Saylor

Far Cry 4 has a vehicle called the Tuk Tuk, and one Youtuber wanted to recreate it.

On November 18 later this month, you'll get access to the world of Far Cry 4. Gamers across the globe are excited for this title, as it is the fourth entry in a long series of ever improving games. Far Cry 3 marked a definite high point for the series with awesome graphics, interesting characters and an engaging story. From what we have seen of the fourth iteration, enemies like Pagan Min and new technology will provide a cool, new experience for gamers.

One Youtuber, colinfurze, makes tons of videos with his extremele knowledge of welding and other trade skills. He's certainly a Youtuber on the rise. At any rate, he's taken to video games this week in an attempt to recreate the 'Tuk Tuk' vehicle from Far Cry 4. Considering video game vehicles are always notoriously fast no matter their location or state of disrepair, this Youtuber has opted to put a full on motorcycle engine in his creation. In the seven minute video, he also makes a number of other modifications to the Tuk Tuk.

It's a pretty in depth endeavor, one that is probably funded by Ubisoft, but it's no less an interesting spectacle. This video reminds us in many ways of DevinSuperTramp and his Assassin's Creed parkour videos. Ubisoft seems to know what they are doing when it comes to viral marketing. It also looks like they are learning that they don't need to ride on the backs of the most popular Youtubers to be successful, as you could say colinfurze and DevinSuperTramp are on different playing fields in the grand scheme of things.
