Giant Sparrow's PSN game The Unfinished Swan will be launching for PlayStation 4 and Vita on October 28th, a little over two years since the title's original PS3 release.
Confirming the news on the PlayStation Blog, Sony Santa Monica Studios' Aaron Kaufman commented "Now in silky smooth 1080p for PS4, The Unfinished Swan puts you in the fairytale story of a young boy chasing after a swan who has wandered off into a surreal, unfinished kingdom. You begin in a completely white space and paint to splatter your surroundings, to reveal the world around you."
The game is cross buy compatible meaning that those who bought it on PS3 will be able to unlock the PS4 and Vita versions for free. Otherwise, The Unfinished Swan will set you back $14.99.
Giant Sparrow worked with Armature Studio, the developer who made Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate and the Vita version of Injustice: Gods Among Us, to bring The Unfinished Swan to its new platforms.
The Unfinished Swan was released on October 23rd 2012 after originally being pitched as 'Whitespace' at the Tokyo Game Show in 2008, after which Sony Santa Monica helped establish Giant Sparrow and develop the game.
