The achievements for WWE 2K15 have leaked online and have been posted by Exophase.
It was announced earlier today that the game's PS4 and Xbox One versions have been delayed until mid-November while the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions will launch as planned at the end of October.
The game's achievements and their scores are listed below. We can probably assume that 15/20 point achievements will be bronze trophies in the PlayStation versions while 30 will be silver and 40 will be gold.

- The Deadman Defeated WWE Universe – Defeat Undertaker at WrestleMania using a custom Superstar. 30
- Storm out WWE Universe – Play and win 180 rivalry matches. 30
- Mr. Money in the Bank WWE Universe – Win Money in the Bank using a custom Superstar. (Single play) 30
- Discovering the Universe WWE Universe – Play and win 50 matches. 20
- Road to WrestleMania WWE Universe – Win WrestleMania main event as the Royal Rumble winner. (Single play) 20
- Warlords WWE Universe – Play and win WWE World Heavyweight Championship 3 times. (Single play) 20
- Watch out! Successfully reverse a Finisher. (Single play) 20
- Comeback! Successfully perform a Comeback Move. (Single play) 20
