FIFA 15’s TV Commercial Features Messi Playing as Himself

September 12, 2014 by Stephen Daly

Which must be a bit weird, really.

The beautiful game is nearly upon us once more and to mark the imminent release of FIFA 15 EA has revealed the game's official TV commercial which you can check out below.

In the ad we see stadiums including the Camp Nou and Stamford Bridge recreated in the game and teams such as Liverpool and Arsenal.

We also see players of the game reacting to events during matches by being thrown about the room before cover star Messi is shown playing Barcelona for which he is, of course, team captain.

Yesterday, EA released a new trailer looking at how players celebrate goals in the game and you can also check out our recent guide to tricks, skills, and dribbling in the game.

FIFA 15's demo is available now, while the game will be available on PC, PS3, PS4, PS Vita, Wii, Xbox 360, and Xbox One from September 23rd in North America and September 26th in Europe.
