Ubisoft has detailed a new patch for Watch Dogs, which will finally allow players to hack their friends.
Previously, you could only enter Online Hacking and Online Tailing missions with random strangers but now you'll be able to pick a specific player from your friends list and enter their game without their knowledge.
You can disable the ability for other players, including your friends, to enter your game via the online settings.
Ubisoft will now be more pro-active when it comes to dealing with players who behave badly with those who disconnect regularly during online play being pooled together from now on. From now on, players will be able to continue with the game's mobile hacking activities even if the other player disconnects from the game.
Another asset of Watch Dogs to be overhauled is the drinking mini-game which has been tweaked to allow for longer response times and more reactive controls.
Ubisoft confirmed this week that Watch Dogs is still in development for Wii U and stated that it will likely be the last "mature" game the publisher releases on the platform.
