Call of Duty Advanced Warfare: New Weapons And Details Revealed In Latest Trailers

August 21, 2014 by Ryan Parreno

You may like some of these new features, such as alternate color exos and playable characters from the single player campaign.

Sledgehammer Games revealed new weapons and details for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare in its latest trailers.

These are the weapons featured in these trailers:

·         A new conventional medium range rifle.

·         A long range rifle with iron sights. This one looks similar to the EM1, so instead of running out of bullets, you may have to wait for it to cool down between reloads.

·         A Lynx rifle with a scope.

·         A rocket launcher that may be based on the MAWS.

·         A new SMG.

·         A PDW pistol.

·         An ARX rifle.

The trailers also show some color variations for the exoskeletons. There is one shiny and very flashy gold exoskeleton. Sledgehammer Games also showed off a blue exoskeleton with gold trim. It is possible that there will be color customization options for these exoskeletons in multiplayer.

Two game modes were demonstrated, namely, Domination and Search and Destroy. For Search and Destroy, you can actually see what the bomb that you can implant looks like.

Finally, Sledgehammer Games revealed Cormach, one of the characters in the game’s single player campaign, can be selected in multiplayer. While fans are used to building their custom characters from scratch, using the characters from the main campaign is an interesting idea. It should also be interesting to see if Sledgehammer will make all the characters playable.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will be released on November 4, for Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. You can see all these weapons, exoskeletons, modes, etc. below.
