Destiny: Stunning Images of the Game’s PlayStation Exclusive Content

July 14, 2014 by Stephen Daly

These extras will be exclusive to PS3 and PS4 for a year.

A host of new images of the time exclusive content for Destiny on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 have been posted on imgur and you can check them all out in the gallery below.

The game's timed content includes the Dust Palace Strike, Exodus Blue Competitive Multiplayer Map, several new pieces of gear, additional weapons, and three ships. You can learn more about them on the PlayStation Blog.

While most timed DLC is exclusive for no more than three months, and usually less than that, Destiny's PlayStation players will have the content entirely to themselves for a year.

The Destiny beta begins on PS3 and PS4 on Thursday, July 17th, and continues until 21st when the game's servers will be down for maintenance. Xbox gamers will finally be able to join their PlayStation peers on July 23rd while players on any platform who take part in the beta on July 26th will earn a special gift when the game is released. The beta end on July 27th.

Destiny is coming to PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One on September 9th.
