MOBAs can be difficult to wrap your head around, especially with their complicated mechanics, but you shouldn’t have any difficulty grasping kart racing.
To that end, a modder in the Dota 2 community has put together a mod for the game that introduces kart racing mechanics in the game to create Dota Dash, set entirely within Dota 2.
The mod plays a lot like the Mario Kart series of racing games and aims to recapture the spirit of Nintendo’s finest racer by offering banana peels, shells, and a host of similar features. The mod keeps the camera angle of Dota 2 while changing its controls and maps for karting. You can watch a trailer of Dota Dash below.
