Cliff Bleszinski has enlisted his former development partner Arjan Brussee, who worked with him on the Jazz Jackrabbit games in the ‘90s, to work with him at his new startup, Bosskey Productions.
According to reports, which have since been verified by Bleszinski himself on Twitter, Brussee is set to take on the role of Bosskey’s chief operating officer.
The initial report surfaced on Polygon, which tracked down a document on the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State’s website, which registered Bosskey Productions as a new business. The report listed two members of staff, Bleszinski as CEO and Brussee as COO.
Until now, Brussee’s most recent project is as the executive producer at Visceral Games, working on Battlefield Hardline. Prior to his position at Visceral, Brussee co-founded Guerrilla Games and helped to launch the Killzone franchise.
The official website for Bosskey Productions launched today. There’s nothing on it save for links to official Twitter accounts and an e-mail field for further details on the company.
