Midna, Link’s ally from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, has been confirmed as the latest playable character in the upcoming Hyrule Warriors from Tecmo Koei.
Midna has the ability to transform her hair into a glowing hand that she can use to attack enemies. She can also spawn Wolf Link and ride upon his back to perform special attacks.
Midna is the latest character in a series of reveals by Tecmo Koei presenting the playable characters of Hyrule Warriors. Other trailers showcased Link, Impa, Zelda, Agitha, a new character named Lana, and the Fire Rod weapon.
Hyrule Warriors is set for a September 26 release date in the United States (it comes out in August for Japan), and is exclusive to the Nintendo Wii U.
