In an update on Twitter, Supergiant Games senior programmer Chris Jurney has revealed he will be making the er, journey, to Oculus at the end of this month. He elaborated further in an email interview with Polygon, detailing his passion for virtual reality and saying:
"I think we're on the cusp of truly great fully immersive virtual experiences, and I want to help make that a reality. I'll be on a small team doing prototypes, which is my favorite type of work. I'm really looking forward to getting my hands dirty in virtual space."
During his time at Supergiant, Jurney worked on Bastion and the recently released Transistor. He has also worked with Double Fine and Relic, among others. Oculus VR meanwhile is still at work on the Rift following their $2 billion acquistion by Facebook this past March.
