Ubisoft showed both a CGI and gameplay demonstration of Assassin's Creed Unity at their E3 media briefing today.
Producer Alex Amancio said the game's hero, Arno Dorian, is "our deadliest Assassin yet" and commented that Ubisoft has fundamentally redesigned the building blocks of the Assassin's Creed universe.
The cinematic showed the storming of the Bastille and the four player co-op which was confirmed at the Xbox briefing earlier today. Meanwhile, the gameplay trailer featured Arno fighting the troops of Maximilien de Robespierre, who became de facto leader of France between the monarchy and the rise of Napoleon.
Assassin's Creed Unity is in development for PC, PS4, and Xbox One on October 28th worldwide and you can see both the cinematic and gameplay trailer below. There's also a trailer giving an in-depth look at Arno and the weapons he possesses.
