In a decision that some might call "puzzling" and others might call "really stupid", Capcom is going to be restricting save files on their upcoming 3DS game Resident Evil: Mercenaries 3D in some kind of crazy attempt to curb used sales of their game.
RE: Mercenaries 3D will only allow players to save the game to one save file…forever. Basically what that means is that once you play the game through, you can't start it over again, ever. You're essentially paying $40 for a game that you can only ever play once. When honest customers are forced to deal with this kind of idiocy, is it really a wonder why people pirate games?
