Titanfall Massive Engine Exploit Discovered: Players Can Run Like Roadrunners

April 8, 2014 by Yesika Reyes

Titanfall players are left wondering what gave one player the baffling ability to outrun everyone else.

Reddit user WaR_SPiRiT uncovered that one Titanfall player appears to be running at approximately twice the speed as everyone else in the game. There were reportedly no power-ups or boosts used to achieve this. Additionally, he also found out that even the speedy player's Ogre Titan outran everyone else's Titans.

This phenomenon was discovered on the PC platform. Loadouts, video settings, and other technicalities were tested according to the person who posted this. It left players wondering if this was an engine exploit or the work of a hacker. Check it out for yourself below:

Titanfall was developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts. It was released on March 11, 2014 for Microsoft Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 at $59.99.
