Provisioning is one of the many crafting abilities in The Elder Scrolls Online. A provisioner gathers ingredients found in crates, bags, barrels, and other objects throughout the world of Tamriel to produce food and drink. Provisioners can learn new recipes by discovering them on parchments scattered randomly in the game.
As a crafting skill, Provisioning helps you buff your character and the characters of your friends by providing them with food and drinks that bestow temporary (if lengthy) bonuses.
As a general rule, foods provide long-term boosts to attributes while drinks will improve regeneration. Rare recipes provide boosts to multiple stats.
Breads & Pies = Health
Grilled = Stamina
Soup & Stew = Magicka
Beer = Health
Spirits = Stamina
Wines = Magicka
