Ubisoft Creative Director Jonathan Morin has continued to chime in with new details regarding Watch Dogs.
@KaiKat22 So I can confirm that the Australian version is NOT censored. Cheers. 🙂

First off, it took a while but Morin has finally confirmed that the Australian version of Watch Dogs will not be censored. This is great, but also sensible news. It means Ubisoft did not think to put anything in the game that would warrant any censorship or adults – only rating. Given the dark undertones of the game’s storyline, we do wonder how far it actually goes, but for the most part, expect Watch Dogs to not be any more violent or ‘mature’ than most other games in its genre.
@Design_Cave When maneuvering over walls from a height greater than Aidens, does he do anything else other than role after falling so low?

@mrburkss The roll is contextual to speed. The player controls it…

Next up is a question stemming from a game trailer. We have seen Aiden roll after coming down from a wall. Morin explained that the roll is contextual to speed, so this will not be a default animation Aiden falls back on in that situation. It also implies Aiden’s movement may have more freedom that we assumed, but of course, we’ll have to wait until the game’s release to find out.
@WDNetworkYT Theres NOT 8 🙂 You can cycle any slot using the DPAD. In short, you carry EVERYTHING. 🙂

Finally, Morin clarified that the inventory wheel isn’t limited to eight items. In fact, you can carry everything and place it on said inventory wheel. Obviously, this is quite the game changer.
Watch Dogs just can’t come soon enough. Ubisoft has promised that the game is coming May 27 to Windows, Xbox One, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, and Playstation 3. The game will also be released to the Wii U, in a still unannounced date.
