Diablo 3’s first expansion pack, Reaper of Souls, is almost upon us. Given its close proximity to release, Blizzard has released a new teaser trailer for the expansion titled “The End is Near,” which gives us a small glimpse at the Malthael boss fight that was absent from the beta version of the game.
The trailer contains some CGI of Tyrael and Malthael, as well as in-game footage of the new Crusader class and the other heroes as they run around the streets of Westmarch, the swamplands of Blood Marsh, the alien Battlefields of Eternity, and the hallowed ground of the Pandemonium Fortress.
It also gives us a look at some of the new powers that each character class is set to receive as an upgrade towards the increased level cap of 70, including Epiphany, Avalanche, Piranhas, Black Hole and Vengeance. Watch it below.
Reaper of Souls is out next Tuesday on March 25. Get hyped.
