Dark Souls 2 offers much in the way of character customization, with nine total stats for you to choose from to spend your points in each time you gain experience and level up. Here’s what they are, as well as their associated breakpoints:
Vigor – An attribute which determines HP.
30 HP per level until 20 VGR. 20 HP per level until 50 VGR.
Endurance – An attribute that determines your overall stamina.

Vitality – In the first Dark Souls game, this determined your health. It now determines your maximum equipment load. As long as you’re below 70% on equipment load you’ll move at full speed. Your roll distance is determined by your load.
1.5 Equip Load per level until 29 VIT. 1 Equip Load per level until 49 VIT.
