Major Nelson has announced that Dead Island and Toy Soldiers: Cold War will be February's Games with Gold offers.
As per usual, Dead Island will be available for the first half of the month while Toy Soldiers will be free for the latter half although given the shortness of the month you will have slightly less time than usual to pick up Toy Soldiers.
By contrast, Sony's February PlayStation Plus titles are Metro: Last Light, Payday 2, and Remember Me on PS3. Vita owners will get Street Fighter X Tekken and ModNation Racers: Road Trip and PS4 players can pick up horror title Outlast.
While the games aren't actually free, you are paying for the Gold and Plus subscription after all, it seems that Sony has once again outdone themselves with the titles they're offering.
Games with Gold is coming to Xbox One later this year and hopefully Microsoft will step up their game on the platform.
