Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima just so happens to use his social media for more than pictures of delicious meals, contrary to popular belief. The legendary game designer is hard at work on both Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes and Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain, but he still finds time to tease his Twitter followers with new images from the stealth projects. Today, we got some direct captures from the PlayStation 4 version of Ground Zeroes, including the title screen and an image from the PlayStation exclusive Déjà vu mission.
Sure, what’s seen above is just a basic title screen and a PlayStation 1 model of Solid Snake, but any sign of the new Metal Gear Solid game is a good thing. This is just the prequel for the actual Metal Gear Solid 5, which will be 100 times bigger than Ground Zeroes, but there’s nothing wrong with getting excited for the appetizer.
The Achievements for this downloadable title are available now, if you’re looking to dig even deeper into the soon-to-be-released game.
