Project Spark, Microsoft's ambitious game-making platform, has been used to reproduce the opening scenes of the original Fable.
Currently in PC beta on Windows 8, the Xbox One beta will launch in February, and based on the video below it seems there's a good chance Microsoft might just realise their ambitions for Spark.
The project will be released fully for PC and Xbox One later this year while an Xbox 360 version is also planned for some future date. Project Spark comes with a host of objects and toys you can use for in-game project creation and users will be able to share their creations with the rest of the community.
It'll be interesting to see how Project Spark evolves over time and how Sony's LittleBigPlanet franchise is affected. If you're not in the Project Spark beta, you'll still have a chance to experience the first Fable again next month when HD remake Fable: Anniversary launches on Xbox 360.
