League of Legends Snowdown Showdown Competes in the Howling Abyss

December 23, 2013 by Andrea Castellano

League of Legends puts players in 1v1 or 2v2 match-ups.

What better way to celebrate the holidays than Champion competition in head-to-head match-ups, or in dueling pairs for the League of Legends Snowdown Showdown update. In Champion throwdowns, players fight head-to-head to prove the best Champions of League of Legends.

Players head to the Howling Abyss for their match-ups. While the throwdowns can end with kills, players can also try for 100 CS or destroy the enemy tower to attain victory.

The holiday update brings new Champion skins for Sivir, Lulu and Singed. For more added personalization, Ward Skins turn regular, old, boring wards into candy canes, snowmen and gingerbread cookies.

The Snowdown Showdown update is now live.
