Sonic ventures into unfamiliar lands with the Sonic Lost World DLC called Yoshi's Island Zone.
As players race through the Yoshi's Island themed zone, they should recognize warp pipes, coins and piranha plants from both Mario and Yoshi titles. The unique zone does come with purpose as Sonic must collect all of Yoshi's eggs to save Yoshi.
To help ease the difficulty of Sonic Lost World, Sega released an update to add extra lives upon death and a free life when players collect 100 rings.
The Yoshi's Island Zone DLC is now available on the Wii U eShop free of charge.
