Sony has announced the return of the 12 Deals of Christmas promotion this year on the European PlayStation Blog.
Every 48 hours in December from this Sunday, December 1st, a reduction of up to 65 per cent will be on offer for one PlayStation 3 and one PlayStation Vita game meaning there'll be 24 discounts in total across the length of the promotion. There will also be reductions on movie rentals.
The games included as part of the 12 Deals of Christmas have not yet been revealed and PlayStation 4 titles will not be included.
Sony has announced that it is aware of and is investigating problems being faced by some PS4 users due to the PlayStation Network being overwhelmed with so many players.This is despite some PSN features being temporarily turned off in order to ease the strain on Sony's servers.
