Guerrilla Cambridge wants to supplement your Killzone: Shadowfall experience with a schedule of future Killzone: Mercenary updates.
Unlike Update 2 that released last month, the now available Update 3 for Killzone: Mercenary doesn't improve upon functionality or stability, but reduces the size of the previous two patches. If you recall, the second update required 2GB of space to download. The update clears up some space on your memory cards and frees up 800MB of space.
In the coming months Guerrilla Cambridge plans to release three more updates. Update 4 in January improves multiplayer sessions and connectivity, while adding a team auto-balancing feature.
Update 5 promises new content. The update adds two free multiplayer maps in addition to offline Botzone for the Mercenary and Guerrilla Warfare modes.
In early 2014, Update 6 again continues to refine and improve the base game. In territories that support the Vita TV, Guerrilla Cambridge will add support for the TV device.
Killzone: Mercenary is available exclusively on the PlayStation Vita.
