Battlefield 4 developer DICE has announced that it has found a "solid fix" for the Battlefield 4 one-kill headshot glitch that's been making the rounds. We previously reported on the issue here.
As the glitch goes, players are taking way too much damage when they're shot in the head, causing them to die in a single hit. The bug, which affects all versions of Battlefield 4, takes the fun out of the game.
To that end, DICE has announced over on the official Battlelog forums that they intend to push out the fix as soon as possible.
UPDATE: We now have a solid fix for this issue and will push it out as soon as possible. We will get back to you with an ETA on that update.
Without an ETA, it's hard to say when it'll be out, and DICE failed to disclose whether the issue is client-side or server-side. But at least we know it's coming.
In related BF4 news, DICE has confirmed that it will not be implementing pre-game squad creation.
