Kotaku has uncovered some massive details of Modern Warfare 3, with sources claiming that the game will feature "mammoth battles that engulf a dozen cities around the world including New York, Paris and London" and the game will release November 8, 2011.
The game starts right after the cliffhanger ending of Modern Warfare 2 with US forces struggling to cope with a surprise Russian attack. The player will travel the world in the single player campaign with plenty of intermediate roles as SAS operative, tank gunner and more.
