A new Age of Empires 2 HD expansion, The Forgotten, is available now through Steam for Windows PC and costs $9.99.
It's the first addition to Hidden Path Entertainment's update of Ensemble Studios' 1999 real time strategy title. The expansion sees new civilisations and campaigns added along with improvements to AI.
Twitch.tv streaming and shoutcast capabilites have also been added.
The four new campaigns to come as part of The Forgotten include missions focused around the Goths, the city of Bari 400 years after the collapse of the Roman Empire, 15th century Italy; and Dracula, ruler of 14th century Wallachia.
The five new civilizations are Italy after the collapse of the Roman Empire; India; Slavs; Magyars; and, the Incas.
You can pick up the core game and The Forgotten for a bundle price of $26.99 or 10 per cent off the $29.99 total. Age of Empires 2 HD launched in April and includes the original Age of Kings and Conquerers expansions.
Now that The Forgotten is out; Hidden Path, an Age of Mythology Steam release would be lovely.
