Atlus has announced the Catherine deluxe edition, which comes packed with a ton of strange items, including a pizza box, a pair of polka-dotted boxer shorts and a pillowcase with the game's titular character printed on it.
“a pair of polka dot boxers like the ones worn by Vincent during his manic nightmares, Vincent’s “Empty Hearts” T-shirt worn by Catherine in the game, and a pillow case decorated with an alluring image of Catherine, a nod to the pillow tucked under Vincent’s arm as he frantically races to escape the terrors that pursue him”The package also includes a the game's soundtrack and artbook, featuring illustrations by Shigenori Soejima.
Titled "Love is Over", the deluxe edition of the game, which is a half-puzzle/half-interactive story, will carry a pricetag of $79.99 at selected retailers.
Catherine will be released in the United States on July 26 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
