Need For Speed Heat was unveiled earlier this month but today we got the first look at its gameplay during Gamescom’s opening night stream. This stream provided viewers around the world a look into the upcoming game which is said to be focused around street racing and dodging the cops. It’s been a few years since the last installment to the franchise so its likely fans are eager to jump into the game, but we still have a few months to wait through before it’s readily available.
The game will take place in a fictional city where players will be able to race both during the day and night though depending on the time of day will determine if you’re going through a sanctioned race or end up barreling down the streets at night avoiding law enforcement. While we didn’t get too many details about the game during the highlight at the livestream, we did get news regarding the NFS Heat Studio, an application that will be available for both Android and Apple iOS.
With this application, gamers can customize vehicles and deck them up with new unlocks. From there the design can be uploaded to the Need For Speed Heat video game. While the application is available right now for download, Need For Speed Heat is not slated to release until November of this year. Gamers can pick up the game on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 this November 5, 2019.
